Getting started
How do I start sending cases?
Search “PEAK DENTAL STUDIO” or technicians@peakdentalstudio.com in your scanner portal (Ex: iTero ID 22376). Or ship analog impressions—use our complimentary 2-day labels. We’ll walk your team through setup if you’d like.
Do you accept traditional impressions?
Yes. We accept PVS. Alginate impressions must be poured prior to shipping. Download/print our prepaid 2-day label; we return finals on our dime.
Can I talk to a real technician?
Absolutely. You’ll get a named case manager and direct access to the technician on every case.
Turnaround, shipping, and scheduling
How do you ship?
We ship via UPS. All cases will have a two week ship date, please call for rush requests. We don’t send automated tracking emails; for status updates, please call or email our team.
My seat date changed—now what?
Tell your case manager. We’ll re-sequence production and adjust delivery if possible.
Materials & indications
What crown materials do you offer?
Zirconia, lithium disilicate, and PFM. We’ll recommend by indication (esthetics, strength, clearance).
Limited occlusal clearance—material suggestion?
High-strength zirconia with conservative reduction usually wins. Send photos and opposing—we’ll confirm.
Do you make temps?
Yes—provisionals, flippers, and diagnostic wax-ups on request.
Implants
What implant work do you support?
Custom Ti/zirconia abutments, screw-retained crowns/bridges, hybrids, and full-arch conversions.
What will I receive with an implant case?
Components list, torque specs, and photo documentation at delivery.
Removables & appliances
Which denture/partial options do you offer?
Full dentures (economy→premium), DuraFlex and acrylic partials, precision bars.
Do you fabricate night guards and sleep devices?
Yes—soft, hard, and combo guards; select sleep appliances. We’ll advise by indication.
Orthodontics
What ortho appliances can I order?
Hawley and invisible retainers, lingual arches, band-and-loop, space maintainers, habit appliances, and aligner models.
Turnaround for retainers?
Fast. Most retainers ship within a few days after clean scans and Rx.
Remakes, warranties, and policies
What’s your remake policy?
Free remakes under warranty. Call us first—most issues are solved with a tiny adjustment or wax try-in.
Do you offer wax try-ins?
Yes—unlimited. We’d rather perfect the fit early than remake later.

How do I send my first case?
Call (801) 850-8758 or email support@peakdentalstudio.com to set up an account. New accounts are activated within one business day. We’ll send shipping labels and submission instructions.
Do you accept all intraoral scanners?
Peak accepts digital scans from any iTero, Medit, 3Shape TRIOS, or STL-format scanner. Traditional PVS and poured alginate impressions are also accepted with prepaid 2-day return shipping.
How quickly do you respond to case questions?
During business hours, most case questions receive a response within 2 hours. Direct technician contact is provided on every case.
